Meet Jess

Certified Birth, Bereavement & VBAC Doula | Placenta Encapsulation Specialist | Foot Zoning Therapist | Student Midwife

Hi, I'm Jess—a dedicated advocate for women's health through every stage: pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond. I'm proud to offer holistic, client-centered care as a certified birth and bereavement doula, placenta encapsulation specialist, and certified foot zoner. I'm also a student midwife at the Midwives College of Utah, currently working toward my Bachelor of Science in Midwifery and MEAC-accredited Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) credential.

My journey into birth work began with the traumatic birth of my first child. Supporting other families became a powerful way to heal and give back to my community. After experiencing a redemptive and empowering birth with my second child, I felt a deep and lasting call to midwifery. I'm passionate about protecting and honoring the birth space envisioned by each client and providing unwavering support through every outcome—joyful or heartbreaking.

Outside of work, I'm raising two wonderful boys and soaking up as much time in nature as I can. You'll often find us hiking, camping, gardening, baking sourdough, sewing something creative, or chasing sunshine with a podcast in my ears.

I currently serve families across Utah, Salt Lake, and Davis counties.
